ABOUT ME
I’m a fine artist and a baker, sharing my time equally in the studio and kitchen. After graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I spent eight years in an office before making a bold pivot—stepping into the heat of the kitchen and the craft of baking. I now work at Publican Quality Bread, one of Chicago’s most celebrated bakeries.
CAPO STUDIO is the fusion of my two worlds—art and food—where I create fine art prints that celebrate the beauty, playfulness, and soul of the culinary experience.
